Your financial planning data is private by design.

Customer data

Household finances, calculations, saved properties, documents, reports, purchase entitlements, and refinance scenarios are account-scoped. Administrative tools expose aggregate counts rather than private customer rows.

Files and payments

Files remain in private object storage and use expiring account-bound links. Stripe-hosted payment pages handle card data; Buy-First-House stores only the identifiers and status needed for fulfillment.

Analytics

Google Analytics is disabled until a superadmin supplies an account identifier and explicitly enables collection. Buy-First-House does not send financial form values, document contents, passwords, or payment details to analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the integration.

Operational notice

This preview is publicly reachable through Tailscale Funnel. Do not enter real sensitive information until permanent production controls, policies, and named administrators are established.
